.........

Dear Jacker who hit my car without leaving a note with contact information,

Merry stinkin' Christmas to you too!

Sincerely,
Frustrated Amy

(I keep telling myself, "At least no one was hurt" to make me feel better about it. Thanks a lot Mom for instilling in me to 'look at the bright side of things'. . . .I just want to be frustrated though!!!)

Were Expecting. . . . !!!

. . . you all to take the time and look at our many posts:) It isn't every day that I post multiple times so enjoy this rarity. We have been up to a lot of activities and have actually been really busy with events. So we hope you enjoy reading them and seeing the pictures. And NO we are not expecting a Child, but I gotch ya on that title didn't I! ;) Suckars!!! Just kidding, no really though, our posts are pretty awesome so enjoy!

Jack's Haircut

Jack was in some serious need of a hair cut recently. You couldn't even see his eyes. He was just a big fluff ball of hair. We loved him anyway, we just couldn't see his eyes and he couldn't see us, the end result is pretty cute! We didn't even really know he had black hair around his left eye until this haircut, who would have thought:)

ICE

We recently were invited to go the the Gaylord Texan by our good friends the Hartmans to see the IcE show they put on every year. This year the theme was "HoW thE GrinCH StoLe ChrIstMas!" To sum it up in a few words, . . . .2 Million pounds of ice later, freezing tows and nose. . . . .IT WAS INCREDIBLE!!! I mean we took a ToN of pictures just to show amazing it all really was. EVERYTHING (basically) was made out of iCe!!! Have fun viewing our many many pics! Tis' the season!

29

This handsome man turned 29 the other day and oh am I so HAPPY that he was born 29 years ago. I know what all of you are thinking, "Wow does he look good for his age!!" I think the same thing too! Our girls, (if we ever have any) are going to be so grateful when they age well, all because of their father:) Their looks will be from myself of course, but they will age well from Scott! Enough about that though. . . . Since Scott had to go to school on his Birthday, I tried to make it as fun as possible. The day started out with breakfast and presents! Scott recently won an autographed Jerry Rice football (Jerry Rice is a HUGE supporter of Chiropractic b/c he loves it so much, so he donated a football for Parker) from school which came in a case, however the case was broken and all gross looking; so........I ordered a case like the one below, however it doesn't have the Dolphins logo on it, it has the 49'ers logo and it says Jerry Rice. Along with that I got him a sweater, but it's not the exact one below it has creams and grays in it instead:) He received warm wishes from family via cards and phone calls which he appreciated very much.

He went to school, which lasted until 7:00 PM and so I wanted to do something even more special when he got home. So. . . . I went and got 29 balloons and had 29 reasons why I loved him (one in each balloon) so that when he popped them, he could read them:) It was fun. However what was more hilarious was that Jack LOVED the balloons and had a riot trying to get them! I took him to P.F. Changs because they have a great Gluten-Free menu and we rarely get Chinese. Plus they have this flour-less cake that is delicious! All-in-all I had fun and loved it so I hope Scott did too! Happy Birthday Old Man, Jack and I sure do love ya!!!

November...

November has come and gone so quickly it's hard to catch my breath. From making carmel apples on Family Night, attending the Utah vs. TCU game, to having an intimate Thanksgiving for "3" (yes Jack means that much to us I included him in our traditions)! We had so much fun in the month of November its hard to say goodbye.

Our pathetic looking Reese's carmel apples! They don't look too tasty but they were:) mmmmm.
Our First Scott and Amy Asay Family Thanksgiving:) We decided to spend one holiday just the two of us before we move back to Utah and get to juggle holidays with family. Let me tell ya, it didn't quite feel like Thanksgiving all day because we missed being with family, BUT it was so nice to be with our little family of three all day and just relax. After dinner we went and saw the movie Blind Side with Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw and it was SOOO good! I highly recommend it.

Our awesome Turkey Breast! (If I might say so myself:))

The Yummy Gluten Free Apple Pie......
Our table for two. . . . notice how we didn't have rolls, but a Gluten Free loaf of bread!:) If anyone knows a good, successful gluten free recipe PLEASE let me know:)
What Scott and Jack did pretty much all afternoon. . . :) Scott actually helped me a ton! He was a great sport!
The only part about Thanksgiving that I didn't like. . . the dishes! I hope I helped with the dishes in years past Mom, sorry if I didn't, it sucks!!! And this pictures is what was left after we loaded the whole dishwasher!
And to end our November highlights, a pic from the Utah vs. TCU game. It was a hard loss, however the funnel cake was AWESOME!!!
Here we come December. . . .Bring it on!!
